This report presents policies from around the country regarding food production, processing, distribution and service. Some have been more successful than others in promoting local food systems and food justice. Community Practices at Work details the challenges, successes, processes and targets of each policy and, when appropriate, it directs the reader to a website or contact person for further explanation.
